Hey everyone!
As promised – here comes my special Tuesday update.
Originally, I thought today would be the big day, the moment when I’d get the final decision on my Global Talent Visa for the UK. But things took a little unexpected turn…

Because the decision actually already reached me last Friday!

And the good news: almost everything was accepted.
Only Letter 3 was rejected – but for a very simple reason: there was no proven collaboration at the time this letter was written.

But here’s the thing: that letter was old. Meanwhile, collaboration has actually happened! So, it was easy to fix this – and just two days later, on Sunday, I already received the corrected letter.
The problem? Solved!
The reason? Collaboration ✅

So yesterday (Monday) I was able to officially submit the corrected final application, which is almost identical to the last application and the recent decision! Only what was criticised has been corrected! Ergo Letter 3 and CV have been extended - nothing more!

Side fact: Now I also fully understand why back in 2023, Letter 3 was initially accepted – the rules back then were not as strict regarding whether the person had collaborated directly with me or not.
But now, in 2025, the guidelines are sharper – which makes sense!

✅ New (corrected) application is out.
✅ I’m absolutely confident this will now go through smoothly.
✅ I already started canceling my apartment, my German bank account, my company, and all kinds of contracts.

- By June 16th at the latest, I should get the official green light.

- Then there will be a fast-track process (priority service) where the visa gets approved within 5 days.

- July 1st: I will leave Germany!
