Hello everyone!
Sorry for the delay, but I had a truly wholesome real-life meeting today – with none other than Helge Kirscht, the founder of https://www.7mmn.de !
We met in beautiful Bad Honnef, about an hour south of where I live.
I know Helge from my early days studying Music Business at Spread Your Talent in Cologne back in 2018. At that time, he had a dream: to bring more music and cultural life to the Siebengebirge region in Germany.
And wow... he really made it happen!
Every 10 minutes someone greeted him on the street – even buses and taxis carry 7MMN advertisements!
We talked a lot about our journeys, and he gave me some solid input on funding options – especially about helping artists from Germany get gigs in the UK.
He also said something that stuck with me:
“You already have a good plan. You belong in the UK.”WOW !
Speaking of the UK...
Yesterday, I had a mind-blowing online meeting with Pete !!
He's the creator, founder, director... and probably CEO of something very, very important! - Let me try to explain.

Well... it's not me. It is PETE! 🔥🔥🔥
With his new company MUSIC FUTURES (they dont have a website yet - reason: they a new), he’s now at the heart of a game-changing initiative – backed by the UK government and top-level organisations like UK Music.
He is THE answer to all of this: Liverpools Mayor Request
He seems to be genuinely interested in what I do!
Well… I think I don’t need to explain SYNTHONIE anymore, right? 😏
And yes... it seems he already sniffed out my mysterious Plan B, in case my Global Talent Visa doesn’t get approved in... 6 days. (More on that soon)
We geeked out over all sorts of tech and music topics...
...we even talked about Aphex Twin!
Did you know I love that kind of music too? It’s not just Hans Zimmer who inspires me.
I believe it’s super important to know a wide range of musicians – even the abstract and experimental ones.
They all influence how I think... and how I compose.
Speaking of inspiration... On Monday, I held my second VR Music Workshop at Caritas Cologne in Germany.
These are the kind of workshops I plan to bring to the UK – with some exciting upgrades already in the pipeline!
More on that later…
So yeah – it’s already been an intense week.
And now… the most difficult days of my life are just ahead:
Only 6 days – or 144 hours – left until I get the decision from the Arts Council.If they say YES, a lot of things will fall into place!
But if not... maybe, just maybe… Plan B will come into play – with Music Crowns in London, or Music Futures in Liverpool. Or maybe both.
Or... maybe when the Arts Council will say YES after all...then....
Well, too many thoughts.

Because the next blog post will be something like:
🎉 “I GOT IT!”
…or: 🛠️ “Plan B activated.”
Either way – I won’t stop fighting.
